Company work flow improvement at contract realization

This Master thesis deals with proposal of action improvements in company A-WebSys Ltd. while realizing their contracts. The thesis purpose is to minimize risks by future projects, enhance the effectiveness of realization and maintaining of current projects, minimize the employee fluctuation and enhance the overall stability of company. In accordance to this we have supported the thesis with theoretical knowledge and also have realized the analysis of current situation of the company and its environment. Shortcomings and problems identified are then solved by suggested changes each individually contributing to the situation improvement. Practical feasibility of proposed solution and profitability of expended costs is in conclusion proved by the economic assessment.

This diploma thesis is focused on solutions connected with employees remuneration. Particular emphasis is given on job of steward/stewardness in Student agency company. Student agency company is among other activities specialized in bus services. The analysis investigate the development of the number of employes on transport line Brno - Prague from its foundation. It also describes current system of motivation. The goal of the work is to suggest new system, which carries on to get more satisfied and qualified employees.

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes to improve management in the field of fluctuation in connection with the process of recruitment and adaptation of employees in the company. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part is devoted to a literary review. It was compiled from the study of professional literature, professional articles and also from online sources. All these resources are focused on the topic of fluctuation, recruitment and adaptation of employees and other concepts that are closely related to it. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the company, the range of its products, organizational structure and other information concerning the company. Then an analysis of employee fluctuation for the period 2018 - 2020 follows. The Employee departure rate and Survival rate method is chosen for the calculation. Furthermore, the fluctuation is analysed according to selected aspects, such as gender, age or length of employment. The analysis of the acquisition process and the adaptation process is performed in areas that are important for this thesis. The information needed for the analysis was obtained from the company's internal materials and supplemented by an interview with the personnel manager. In conclusion, changes are proposed to improve management in the field of fluctuation, recruitment and adaptation of employees based on the analysis.

Employee fluctuation in JYSK s.r.o. Company

This Bachelor's Thesis focuses on challenges with employee fluctuation in JYSK s.r.o. company. It explains the following terms; fluctuation, employee satisfaction, employee motivation. It analyzes the cause, impact and solution of fluctuation, reasons of employee resignations and methods of satisfaction research. Included in the practical application section are secondary data analyses (fluctuation analysis, seniority analysis of resigning employees, entry surveys analysis) and primary data analysis acquired in employee satisfaction survey which was administered in form of in-person surveys and written surveys. Based on these analyses recommended solutions lowering fluctuation were suggested. The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is application of these recommendations which will lower employee fluctuation in the company.
